In most companies, quality inspection is done after the last manufacturing operation is completed. At Kamkiu, it is done at every stage in the manufacturing process right from the beginning. We build up our Total Quality Management (TQM) system, which ensures the best product to reach our clients.

2000 version In Kamkiu, quality check results are recorded from all stages of manufacturing, and we make sure all permanent records confirm that the die has been made as specified, extrusion be run in proper ram speed, temperature be maintained at the optimal level, and all dimensions be strictly kept within tolerance. The quality assurance procedures at Kamkiu plants meet the most stringent requirements. This TQM system has been awarded ISO 9001 accreditation in many of our plants.
